I've been so busy baking cakes lately! It has been fabulous! I love spending time baking and coming up with creative cakes. The best part is getting feedback! In between all that fun, I've been trying to make healthy fun meals for my family. As you know, I am training for my first half marathon. So I am trying to stick to a really clean diet. Sometimes is gets a little difficult-- sometimes I end up making different meals for myself! Here are a couple of recipes that I think everyone can really enjoy.
